Doctor among three kept in isolation ward, samples taken | KNO

Jammu, Mar 26 (KNO): A doctor and a foreign returnee are among three persons who have been kept in isolation ward of Government Medical College (GMC) Rajouri for further examination while as their samples have been taken for testing.

Officials told wire service—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a doctor hailing from Manjakote Tehsil area of Rajouri, a local resident from Manjakote Rajouri and one foreign returnee hailing from Poonch district's Surankote Tehsil are presently in isolation ward of Rajouri hospital. Samples of all the three persons have been taken and sent to Jammu for further diagnosis, said officials, adding that it has come to the fore that two among the three are persons have symptoms of flu.

"One of the isolated persons from Manjakote Rajouri attended some religious event at Jammu which was also attended by the deceased Corona virus patient from Valley who died today morning," officials said. They informed that the man from Surankote is a foreign returnee and have suspected symptoms –(KNO)
